Everyone was friendly and warm! The breakfast was one of the best I've had, featuring hot options and Jimmy Dean biscuits. Our room was well maintained, and the kitchen facilities were perfect for meals. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout. 😊

The location is excellent, hidden from the mall's hustle yet close enough for convenience. Breakfast featured a great selection, including satisfying Jimmy Dean biscuits. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially during my check-in. everything felt very welcoming. However, noise from nearby rooms was noticeable at times, and the common areas could be more spacious as they felt a bit cramped during peak hours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

our stay at residence inn was great! the king studio with sofa bed was perfect for our family. the location was convenient, and the kitchen facilities made it easy for quick meals. i want to give a shout-out to dante. he was super friendly and made us feel welcomed right away. my daughter even said it was the best hotel we've stayed at!

From the get-go, my room’s AC didn’t work, and the noise from the heavy-footed pacing above me felt like living under a herd of Tauntauns—quite disruptive. There were days when I felt the constant vibrations from machinery below, driving me to the brink. Breakfast offerings disappointingly leaned towards frozen options that lacked variety, and I encountered a clogged toilet with little action taken despite several calls for help. I felt the hotel could do better addressing these inconveniences.

We had a great time connecting over the fire pit! My kids loved the pool area, even though they said it was chilly. The kitchen was super helpful, kept us from spending too much on takeout.
